The domestic baby parts operation I've been aware of for years - too bad the general public isn't as much. It's a racketeering operation making big profit off the deaths of the most vulnerable among us. The foreign activities are a bit murky, harder to determine what is accurate, real or not since various regimes and competing factions each accuse others of atrocities for political or economic advantage.

Not the first time this has pushed.
The propagandists were saying this at least a decade ago. At the time the line was Palestinians were also being buried alive after their organs were removed. Or maybe before. Buried alive and organs removed or organs removed and buried alive. The sequence was never made clear.
I asked how this was possible and "shut up" they explained.
