There were no victims in the supposed crimes committed by the Trump organization. And, how is NY the victim of any of the crimes? The ‘victims’ never brought charges. So, how is NY toe aggrieved victim? How does James has any standing for bringing charges where there were no victims or plaintiffs?
The whole case is about trying to keep Trump away from the presidency, even if via finding him guilty of a non-crime, where people will be told over and over again that, he’s guilty of something and found to be so in a court of law.
It’s a complete shame and sham, and Letitia needs to be found guilty of abuse of the law. She needs to be thrown out of he office. She needs to be shamed, forever.
