If there is clearly no evidence at the end of the trial is endegoron still able to find Trump guilty and if he does will he be removed from the bench?
...and probably why Trump agreed to this no-jury trial, knowing it was futile. Might as well get to appeal ASAP.
Agree. The case is a joke. Trump will win on appeal. It is lawfare.
That’s the rub. With no jury, the judge is the decider of what’s evidence of crime and what’s not. That’s why he told Trump “I don’t want to hear from you.”
He’s decided. It’s decided.
Funny though, exposing this judge and this NY system has opened lots of eyes to the two-tiered legal system. It may backfire bigly.
I’m starving going to lunch. Gotta have my egg salad!
Thank you.
That’s what we’re talkin’ ‘bout.
Gee, it’s too bad that doctors and the entire med field don’t mention that abortions are the leading cause of breast cancer.
I am impressed Cousin Mike. Include it in your autobiography.
I have never heard such a thing.
“Peace Through Strength,” isn’t that out of the Reagan playbook?
Just saw on TV that 5 service members died in the crash over the Eastern Mediterranean Sea.
Still didn’t say what military service they were in.
Got it thanks.
She’s likely deep state....
Thanks. The coverage has been low key and DOD has been less than forthcoming. They are hiding something.
Thanks for the ping and was out today to do some errands!
Notification of next of kin, likely. Only a few hours, no conspiracy.
From KTLA, Los Angeles:
“Out of respect for the affected families, and in accordance with Department of Defense policy, the identities of the crewmembers are being withheld until 24 hours after next of kin notifications have been completed,” according to the statement.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the fallen,” it added.
As should ALL of ours here. First ,and foremost.
5 US special ops troops killed in helicopter crash after training ‘mishap’: Officials
Five American service members were killed in a crash late Friday after their helicopter had a “mishap” during a training exercise and went into the eastern Mediterranean Sea, the military said Sunday.
Two officials confirmed that the five were Army special operations soldiers, as first reported by The New York Times and Washington Post. Search and rescue efforts went into Saturday before being called off, according to the officials.
The craft that crashed was a MH-60 helicopter, the officials said.
