It seems like the courts absolutely abhor getting involved in election fraud but love getting involved in state redistricting, especially if it favors the Democrats and hurts the Republicans.
exactly!!! the democrats used gerrymandering to maintain power for decades!!!! but as soon as Republicans get in on the game it is suddenly wrong!
