Well, the Baltic States were 100% dependent on Russian oil, they ended it all very quickly right after Russia’s illegal and bloody annexations of parts of Europe. The Baltic States managed to do that! They are buying elsewhere now, including American oil.
So how come the Baltic States were so quick and effective ending their 100% dependence on Russian oil, and not Hungary??
Answer: Because Orban is compromised, exposed to Russian blackmail. I call that slavery.
