Did they change the immigration procedures by passing a law through Congress or by Executive Order? I have no idea. I do know the immigration law from my day, if enforced, would stop all of Biden’s Klein invasion.
It was like a carnival game swindle. They found a line in some federal immigration act about "sanctuary" and suddenly the border patrol was helping them to get in, not stopping them. Even if they had the beginning of an argument for "sanctuary" there are not enough immigration judges (or any other personnel). They will say congress's fault for not passing "comprehensive immigration reform. Meanwhile the anchor babies, wherever they are, are deemed citizens at birth.
This regime is destroying the country a lot faster than Obama did, and there are not many in congress who give a damn. And it's not just Central America. It's the whole world.
