No 10 disowns Suella Braverman article attacking police bias

Home Secretary Suella Braverman is facing questions about her future after defying Downing Street over an article accusing the police of bias.

She claimed aggressive right-wing protesters were "rightly met with a stern response", while "pro-Palestinian mobs" were "largely ignored".

The article was not cleared by Downing Street and suggested changes to the text were not followed, No 10 said.

Some Tories have called for the home secretary to be sacked.

It comes ahead of a Pro-Palestinian march for a ceasefire in Gaza, which is due to take place in central London on Saturday.

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer accused Mrs Braverman of undermining the police and said Prime Minster Rishi Sunak was "too weak to do anything about it".

One senior Conservative MP told the BBC: "The home secretary's awfulness is now a reflection on the prime minister. Keeping her in post is damaging him."

But Conservative MP Danny Kruger - an ally of Ms Braverman - denied the home secretary was interfering, and said she was entitled to comment on the "broader culture of police".

She’s in charge of the cops in the UK making a speech against them for being soft on Anti-Semites comes up short in terms of the powers she holds.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak distancing himself from her but not firing her as of this point.

One opinion poll says 50 percent of the people in the UK want the protest set for Armistice Day in London (Saturday) by the Pro-Palestinian crowd banned.

36 percent don’t want it banned.

Braverman has public opinion more on her side I would say.

What the left truly hates is a daughter of immigrants telling immigrants to accept assimilation and and to act like the British citizens that they have become, and for these immigrant citizens to leave their inherited homeland biases, hatreds and divisions back in the lands where where they originated from, rather than brining these divisions to England.

If the Palestinians who have immigrated to the UK want to remain in the UK, they should act like British citizens. If they want to act like they’re back in Palestine... They should return back to Palestine, where they obviously belong.

Marching in support of terrorist organization like HAMAS on the day that England marks the Armistice of World War 1, a war in which the commonwealth citizens from a multitude of countries and from every religion, creed and colour fought and died side by side for King and Country, is not acceptable to Suella... And it isn’t acceptable to most in the UK.

The King is likely not pleased. Surprised she wasn’t sternly sent to the rack before tea time.

The same thing happens in the US when BLM, PLO, Antifa, or any other band of lefty-loved criminals riot. The cops predictably stand down or worse: they protect the rioters.
