Jonathan Oswaks, who protested alongside Paul Kessler before his death, claimed the pro-Palestinian suspect 'tried to bait' the Jewish man
A pro-Israel protester who claims to have witnessed the fatal altercation that killed Jewish man Paul Kessler at dueling California rallies on Sunday told Fox News Digital that the unnamed suspect "tried to bait" the elderly man.
Jonathan Oswaks, a Jewish-American, befriended Kessler at earlier "We Stand With Israel" events in Thousand Oaks. Oswaks, also 69, was pictured carrying American and Gadsen flags alongside Kessler hours before the fatal fall in footage provided to Fox News Digital. He said Tuesday that he witnessed the altercation between the two protesters firsthand.
Oswaks said that, after shouting directly in Kessler's face with his megaphone, the 50-year-old suspect suddenly punched the elderly man in the face with the bullhorn.

The media is trying to play the murder off as an accident- claiming the man fell of his own accord and “struck his head” which killed him.

Good, clean catch!!! Are there any pictures that you or anyone else has found of that guy holding a megaphone? Normally just about every body who goes to one of those demonstrations takes photographs. Also, that guy being rather elderly and definitely overweight, it should be easy to identify him from any photographs. You can always make yourself look fat with makeup, but it sure doesn’t go in the other way. All the media, including FNC, see m loathe to identify him and to show pictures of the leadup to the kiliing.

UPDATE: Police Identify the Pro-Hamas Protestor Who Allegedly Murdered 65-Year-Old Jewish Man Paul Kessler and Raid His Home​
Police have reportedly identified the man who killed 65-year-old Jewish man Paul Kessler and have raided his home.
Jim Hoft previously reported that Kessler was involved in a heated altercation that broke out between him and a pro-Hamas protester last Sunday in Ventura County. The protester allegedly struck Mr. Kessler in the head with a megaphone, causing him to fall to the ground with a severe head injury.
Despite best efforts by the medical professionals, Mr. Kessler died due to his injuries on Monday. His death has been ruled a homicide.
The Daily Mail revealed Wednesday that the man allegedly responsible for Kessler’s death is a 50-year-old college professor named Loay Alnaji. He teaches computer science at Ventura Community College in California.
Alnaji is married to Palestinian economics professor Nada Al Hammouri and has two young children with her. He came to the United States in the 1990s after previously teaching in the United Arab Emirates.
Police also raided his home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Moorpark, California, on Sunday evening, according to the news outlet.
Alnaji’s neighbor, Milli Revezzo, revealed that she and her husband saw a SWAT team emerge and said she was shocked.
Alnaji has openly supported and admired the Palestinian terrorists trying to destroy Israel. According to the Daily Mail, he posted multiple messages in Arabic on his Facebook page singing their praises.
