Trump has simply brought the GOP right back to where it was before he came along.

Not even remotely true. When Obama was president, Republicans were winning all over the place. Ever since Trump has led the party all we do is lose.

It’s mind-boggling that we lose races in this current environment. Yet here we are, despairing once again over another dismal election.

Oh for pity’s sake it wasn’t all that bad. People are only focusing on a couple states. There were some good wins too.
