Iran is financing Hamas. Iran didn’t declare war, did it?
Oh, but Hamas is about to be killed. Has Iran decided to make airstrikes or move troops through Iraq and Jordan?
It hasn’t. You already know the answer, Hamas was convenient for Iran, but they’re about to get stomped. So that wont be a tool Iran can use.
That’s why I think this will change in a year. Once Hamas is dead, there will have to be a reassessment of why they chickened out, either its because they know its a lost cause or because they’re all just hypothetical.
Either way, there will be peace afterwards because the Gaza problem will be over with.
