You heard it there first. The EUSSR is not part of the so-called “Western world” as declared by their high representative for foreign affairs and security. So what do they represent, and what is the UN Charter in turn that they base their so-called values based on?

How do you account for the fact that the United Nations Charter follows the format of the Russian (USSR) Constitution of 1936 rather than the format of the (Covenant of the) League of Nations? Would you feel there was any significance in the fact that the general secretary for the organization which drew up the charter was Alger Hiss? …

So according to Borrell, the EUSSR is actually a throwback to Stalinist Russia and they actually regard themselves as part of the so-called eastern bloc that was supposed to have gone away in 1991. Very interesting picture unfolds when you look at what they actually say, right?

What happened in 1991, of course, was merely that the Soviet Union passed the baton to the leaders of the West.
