South into the Sinai: Will Israel Force Palestinians Out of Gaza?
Carnegie Endowment for International Peace ^ | October 31, 2023 | JONATHAN ADLER

Posted on 11/05/2023 3:15:50 PM PST by MinorityRepublican

While previous Israeli governments have tried to depopulate Gaza, today there is a growing momentum to carry out mass transfer—with American support.

Since the October 7 Hamas attacks, Israel has sustained an unprecedentedly brutal assault on the Gaza Strip. The Israeli government has stated that its aim is to eliminate Hamas and seems to be preparing for a full ground invasion.

But it is becoming increasingly clear that the war is in pursuit of a second goal: the mass expulsion of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip. Israeli politicians and officials from the Israeli defense establishment have called for a second nakba and urged the military to flatten Gaza.

I’ve been told the intent was to push them out and into Europe and North America.

That is the essence of ethnic cleansing. I want nothing to do with such a reprehensible act.

I’m not seeing Egypt allowing this to happen. Oh well, it doesn’t bother me. Maybe the Persians will be so generous to take them since they have invested so much in their destruction.

It’s imperative that the U.S. stays out of this. We should never spend another dime on Gaza or the West Bank. No aid. No rebuilding. Nada. Nothing. It is not in our interest and we cannot afford it.

Clinton tried to give them everything, and Arafat refused. Clinton was sad. War is hell said Sherman, a hero of our Civil War. Plus they voted Hamas in power, so sympathy for them is limited.

Arafat was never serious about peace. He had to go along with the charade to give his side the time they needed to rearm and attack Israel with the ultimate aim of conquering the whole country.

I guess Bill Clinton was naive because he's a Democrat. But now he has learned the hard way and a two state solution is not possible because the Arab Muslims are not interested in it.

Israel gave them Gaza to make a paradise, they turned into a terrorist base, so just look at it as an a Eviction, happens all the time in real estate when a property is used for purposes not in the lease

Send all the Palies to Pakistan. Why?

From the Wiki:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pakistan

“It is the world’s fifth-most populous country, with a population of 241.5 million people, and has the world’s largest Muslim population as of 2023.”

“Spurred by the Pakistan Movement, which sought a homeland for the Muslims of British India, and election victories in 1946 by the All-India Muslim League, Pakistan gained independence in 1947 after the Partition of the British Indian Empire, which awarded separate statehood to its Muslim-majority regions and was accompanied by an unparalleled mass migration and loss of life.”

“Around 6.5 million Muslims moved from India to West Pakistan and 4.7 million Hindus and Sikhs moved from West Pakistan to India.[83] It was the largest mass migration in human history.”

“Even after partition in 1947, Indian Muslims continued to migrate to Pakistan throughout the 1950s and 1960s, and these migrants settled mainly in Karachi and other towns of Sindh province.”

Ethnic cleansing of Gaza???

If Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and every other islamofascistnazi had their way on October 7th, the Jews would be the ones already ‘cleansed’ from the Earth. If some liberal wacko calls defending yourself from their efforts to cleanse ‘ethnic cleansing’ so be it.

The islamofascistnazis are just fine with their own massive casualties, as long as 1) they can blame Jews and Christians, and 2) as long as more Jews perish than them.

Before Oct 7th, Israel was delivering, daily, massive amounts of water, electricity, building materials to Gaza. There are several Hamas billionaires, and many millionaires who could care less about anything other that killing Jews and gathering more $$$.

No aid. No rebuilding.

I will partially disagree with this. Aid and rebuilding would under my plan be only available to Israeli citizen from Israeli aid groups (citizenship papers available to long term residents of Gaza after a background check to make sure they were never part of Hamas). Expel all non-israelis from Gaza, and only permanent resettlement (no long term refugees, any aid for resettlement must end in 5-10 years).

Democracy and equality of everyone regardless of religion are not part of the Muslim political tradition.

Even if Arafat had been serious about peace, instead of just pretending to be, he couldn't deliver for Palestinians in exile (he might have improved conditions for those living in the West Bank and Gaza) so he might have suffered Sadat's fate if he had really made a peace agreement.

After more than 70 years, the Palestinians living in other Arab countries are still regarded as outsiders, except in Jordan. I don't think Jordan has the ability to absorb all the Palestinians not currently living in the West Bank, and the other Arab countries don't want them.
