Didn't say I like them but it's the only way you're going to get anything there. I've had to tell too mamy seniors standing at the registers with no one there that they'll unfortunately have to use the kiosk if they want something that day. Only the drive-thru has humans taking orders, for now.
Little hack on the phone app: If you uninstall and reinstall it, you can get multiple deals immediately instead of waiting the mandatory 15 minutes or so.
I hate them too. There is an app for everything and it is a pain in the arse.
