It’s their funeral. I’m not going to pay $8 or more for one of their crummy hamburgers, when I can get a real burger with fries at a local diner for a dollar or two more. As far as “If you are priced out, whaaaaaa”, congratulations. Yours seems to be the same as the government’s attitude. It’s not really a free market when the government has their finger on the scales.
At least in my state, it's anything but a free market at work, starting with state laws on minimum wage and laws that apply to fast food.
