They're not "professional antivaxxers" and these aren't clots. They're fibrous tissue growing inside arteries and veins, made up of cells formations in response the spike proteins the body is creating due to the mRNA injections.

Ontario embalmer speaks out about never-before-seen ‘white fibre masses’
Funeral Director and embalmer Laura Jeffery recently testified at the National Citizens Inquiry in Toronto, Ontario.
“I started to notice anomalies to what the return was – the return blood was stickier, thicker, darker and I started seeing little tiny pieces of clot like polka dots coming out… there was something different. I would call it ‘dirty blood.'”
Jeffrey had a routine that she followed to conduct her work, which was interrupted shortly after the roll out of the gene therapy injections, known as COVID-19 vaccines, when she began discovering white fibrous masses in the veins of the deceased people in her care.
“It’s an anomaly that I have never seen before in 27 years as an embalmer and funeral director. I started seeing them in the Spring of 2021,” Jeffery said. “The fibre mass clots are solid. They are an exact cast of what the circulatory system looks like inside of our bodies and they often have a current jelly clot incorporated into the tentacles of the white fibre masses so it almost seems as though the masses are feeding off of our blood,” Jeffery continued, referring to the findings as appearing more parasitic than clot-like.
Jeffery said that the masses were getting bigger over time. “I was shocked that the people that I was seeing were living with that amount of that material in their circulatory system, it shows that something is wrong – very wrong. I don’t understand why, as a funeral director, I’m the one blowing the whistle because we have a system that is supposed to take care of us and it hasn’t so here I am.”

So, the minuscule amount of spike protein produced for a limited time in the lymph nodes where the adaptive immune response is effected is horribly dangerous and causing millions upon millions of people to die.
But the high quantities of spike protein (which covers the SARS-CoV-2 virus) that are distributed all over the body during an infection are nothing to worry about?
This is like believing that a single sip of wine is going to make you falling-down-drunk but drinking a liter of vodka will have no effect. Vodka looks like water, doesn't it? And water doesn't make you drunk, so vodka won't make you drunk.
Those I call "professional antivaxxers" are the people who have enough scientific or medical education to actually read and mostly understand the scientific literature. They do this because one of the most effective propaganda tools is to lie by omission. What they say is often true--some Covid vaccines have, undeniably, been connected with blood clots. The lie by omission comes in when they fail to provide context.
The Johnson and Johnson Covid vaccine was associated with clots. Out of 80 million who received the vaccine, 60 developed blood clots and 9 died. This means that the risk of getting a blood clot from a J&J vaccine is extremely low.

It should be noted that the vaccines associated with blood clots were adenovirus-based, not mRNA based. Several studies have shown that mRNA based vaccines are not associated with a higher risk of clots.

Further context comes from comparing the risk of getting blood clots from the J&J vaccine to the risk of getting clots from Covid. In this study, Assessment of the Risk of Venous Thromboembolism in Nonhospitalized Patients With COVID-19, 292 people out of 398,530 who caught "mild" Covid not requiring hospitalization developed blood clots. This makes the risk of getting blood clots from "mild" Covid 977 times more likely getting blood clots from the J&J vaccine. The chance of getting blood clots during a case of Covid requiring hospitalization is anywhere between 5 and 40%, depending on severity of disease.
As for the supposed increase of blood clots observed by morticians: yes, they have reported this in Covid patients. The claims that Covid vaccines are causing high rates of blood clots in corpses come from sources such as well-known conspiracy theorist Alex Jones. It is easy enough for professional propagandists to get a bunch of people to make statements that they have seen X,Y, and Z... but that is anecdotal, prone to confirmation bias, and may be outright intentional lying (because some people lie for money). There’s no scientific evidence that vaccines are responsible for strange blood clots observed by embalmers. Excerpt: Abnormal clots were found in COVID-19 victims “long before vaccinations were available,” said licensed embalmer Monica Torres, of NXT Generation Mortuary Support in Phoenix, “and it is not uncommon to find dark blood clots in any deceased, not just COVID persons, who have been stored in refrigeration for a long period of time before embalming.”
And here is a case report of findings of 32 autopsies of Covid patients published in September 2020 (months before any vaccine was available): Autopsy Findings in 32 Patients with COVID-19: A Single-Institution Experience. Hmm, 27--84%--of those patients had blood clots at autopsy. So, the morticians providing final care to those patients would certainly have noticed the clots.
Conspiracy websites and videos are not credible sources of information.
One last thing about the J&J vaccine: it is based on adenovirus, which infects cells like any other virus, forces them to make spike mRNA, and then to make spike protein. The adenovirus vector is the problem. Other Covid vaccines based on adenovirus have also caused clotting problems. On May 22, 2023, Janssen Biotech (a subsidiary of J&J) requested for the FDA to withdraw approval for the vaccine. The FDA revoked the EUA on June 1, 2023.
