Exactly! Stupid to publicize it.

One of the most fascinating deceptions in WW II was "Operation Mincemeat" where the Brits went to incredible lengths to get fake invasion plans into the hands of the Germans and make them believe they were real. There was a great 2022 movie of the same name.

I remember reading that they used General Patton as a decoy / feint. He was in England, but not part of D-day.

I still hope Israel scrapes Gaza, above and below ground.

One time Madeline Albright stated that there would be less Middle East problems if the Jews would just go back to Europe.
