I have done accounting since 1957.
I did many reports at a well known company I worked for in the early 70’s.
I processed EXPENSE ACCOUNTS for many high up persons.
THEY ALL HAD TO PROVIDE RECEIPTS FOR EVERY PENNY.
Thru a system of mis-steps—one VP gave me the wrong copy of gas receipts. This goes back to the days of “tissue copies when making purchase & hard copy in mail with statement.
People do things in a repetitive manner. Suddenly, I was getting the WRONG copies of gas tickets.
When we looked into his EXPENSE REPORTS for other divisions of the company-——HE had been double-dipping & even triple dipping.
Had been with the company for almost 20 years. “A rising star”.
HE was frog marched off the grounds.
NO EXPENSE REPORT SHOULD EVER NOT HAVE RECEIPTS —— NEVER
People are being hit with rising health insurance costs. Hit with rises over 2 thousand a month or go look somewhere else. These peckerwoods are ruining our lives sending billions to foreign wars. They have left our borders wide open and are paying these illegals 9 thousand in cash and offering them phones and health care for free.
Then they go and do this. We should be in the streets protesting that scum in DC. How disgusting this is and they HAVE NO SHAME whatsoever.

A few years ago, the Detroit mayor was found to be abusing the credit card. The media went after the previous mayor saying he did the same thing.
That mayor got on the radio and answered. He never once used to city card. He used his own and got reimbursed with receipts.
like the idea. but you left out them loosing wages for being over budget. I think any money barowed should also cost them on their paycheck with the possibility of them owing money if they spend to much
