1. Well, if no one actually counted them, they are in effect "countless".
2. Trump's brand is hyperbole. He has explicitly said as much numerous times. If he delivers 25% of the hyperbole he promises, he is still doing better than a typical pol who promises less and delivers 10% of that (and usually the stuff the base DOESN'T want, like "No child left behind")
