Jim, I sang the National Anthem at the March for Justice rally in Washington DC on Oct. 31, 1998. I met you at the “convention” hotel that evening but we only spoke briefly.

THIS Halloween coming up will be 25 YEARS since that memorable event, but given that Clinton was re-elected, and everything that has transpired since then, and especially recently, this history only reinforces the value of FreeRepublic.

I gave up on the Drudge Report years ago. I have never been on social media otherwise, until Elon Musk bought Twitter. I then subscribed there (now X.com). I find that FreeRepublic and X compliment each other, but FreeRepublic is more focused on items I find of greatest interest.

The community of Freepers posting articles they find interesting, is right down my alley.

Most the time the commentary is also quite interesting, although every once it a while maybe it gets a little too... something?

I have decided to increase my monthly contribution. I believe it will do more good here than with ANY of the voluminous but questionable solicitations for money I receive these days.

I hope the “Freepers” recipient will cast this message across the waters to all.

With Highest Regards, Muffaletaman
