Magog, Meshek and Tubal were far Northern Kingdoms from Israel. Look on a map. That’s Syria, Turkey, the Black Sea, then Ukraine and Russia. Persia is of course Iran. Cush and Put are in the Horn of Africa... Somalia and Yemen.
Now read verse 8 and tell me this does not apply to MODERN Israel.
