The Americans are in Syria. So they'll restrain Israel. But the Israelis could topple Assad tomorrow and kick the Turks out of northern Syria. Erdogan could send his entire army into Syria but they'll get destroyed because he does not have any F-35s.
Assad is pretty weak due to the Syrian Civil War. Hezbollah is well armed with rockets. But if they use them up, that's it. They'll get destroyed on the battlefield.
I remember. I'm sure that the IDF took notes. And if it gets to that point, they'll probably get some help from the Americans. I think we'll threaten to assassinate Assad so he'll have to tell Hezbollah to knock it off. We know where Assad lives so it's possible to restrain Hezbollah, while you can't do that with Hamas because they're just like ISIS.
I assume 155 mm artillery shells could be a problem, although S. Korea may be an alternative source. Missiles for Iron Dome could be even more problematic. When it comes to any needs of the Israeli Air Force including munitions, we've sent nothing to Ukraine and have huge reserves.
If the Muslims get in their minds Israel is on the ropes, then all bets are off, so what if Assad gets killed, then there is no one holding back Hezbollah, Iran would be urging them on and have been supplying them with Missiles that put all of Israel well within range.
Think about the chaos, the West Bank could erupt into a major fight.
10s of thousands of Muslims streaming across the border from Egypt or Jordan, doing nothing more than killing civilians would be hard to deal with.
Then you have Turkey potentially getting involved and you don’t know what Russia would do.
IMO, all those forces aligned at one time against Israel would be more than they could handle without major US involvement.
If I would have told you a month ago, that Hamas would use para gliders to cross the border into Israel and go on a rampage killing civilians and it would take the IDF a number of hours to respond, everyone would say you are crazy, except it happened.
One on One Israel could stop any of the forces aligned against them, all of them aligned, attacking at the same time is far different.
Iran will get nuked if it gets out of hand.

There's a limit to what Turkey can do. The Russians may make some threats but that will be it.
Here’s what we know about the Muslims, they don’t mind dying for a cause, they have millions of Muslims all around the world who could get involved and we know they can pull of surprise attacks that no one expects.
One on One Israel can handle each threat, all of them aligned at one time and the situation is far different.

It’s entirely possible.
They are already being handcuffed by world media. The US is telling them to go slow on any ground invasion. It would not take much to turn all these protests around the world against Israel to go violent, those government in reaction would demand Israel stop the killing and negotiate.
It’s obvious to me, the world doesn’t have the stomach for what needs to be done.

Very true, but the destruction of the Ottoman Empire was the closest thing to a free hand in the middle east we would ever see. Too bad it had to end with the mess it’s become.
The Gallipoli campaign was a debacle engineered by Churchill. He thought the Royal Navy would win the campaign and allow the landed troops to march into Constantinople virtually uncontested. Unfortunately the site of the landing was telegraphed by the Royal Navy when it began bombarding the landing zone a full month before the land troops arrived. Things went downhill from there.
At least the withdrawal from Gallipoli went off rather well.
