There are a lot of people with low IQ’s that still have empathy. It has nothing to do with intelligence. This lies directly at the feet of the parents for neglect, abuse, or whatever. Death penalty should be on the menu for these two.

Those two disgusting things are actually at the subcanine level, not even subhuman. I remember my wonderful late great Dane who was full of compassion. I also had a beagle long ago who was a decent compassionate creature and a lab who was the same. Each of those two deserves nothing less than the way Edward II of England died.
