This babble is all about having some functionary come to the House and present accounting that shows where Ukraine money went.
This is supposed to provide cover to House members for more flow.
The only defense will be insistence on knowing where the money, that portion of it that actually left the US and went to Ukraine, went in detail. This will require Ukraine to send accounting people to brief, and of course they will not be able to account for all of it.
That just may stop it.
But regardless of all that, step one is to unbundle it. Separate Israel money from Ukraine money.
And make DAMN sure border control money doesn’t get sent to cities to fund housing for the illegals Texas buses there.

Not only would I like it to stop completely, I’d like every piece of military hardware we’ve given them returned to the US within the week.
I’d take either the cash that was given to support their payrolls, businesses, etc returned immediately or, if they don’t have it, then we get whatever that’s worth in grain or whatever they have over there until the debt is settled.
I’d like a complete forensic accounting of any accounts, anywhere in the world, that are attached to Zelensky or anyone else from that place to find out where they got the money.

I think that the lesson the new Speaker will take is you don’t contemptuously break your promises then dare your critics to vote to vacate the chair.
