Smashing everything and then leaving doesn’t work, for the same reason.
Sending in troops or dropping the A-bomb will create more problems than it solves.
What Trump did more or less worked. Keep the price of oil low. Don’t give them money. Isolate them diplomatically, that is, use regional powers against Iran, and don’t give world powers a reason to ally with Iran. Take specific, targeted reprisals against terrorist leaders and groups as necessary.
I don’t know if we can do that now, but Trump was on the right track.
There’s no need to destroy Iran…just take out the leadership and the nuclear program.

Precisely. A similar phenomenon happened with the Qtards. The fact that not even one Q prediction came to pass meant nothing to them. It was dopamine + confirmation bias + a feeling of community + a sense of smugness and superiority that they thought they knew things the masses didn’t.
