As part of the efforts to establish full control and rehabilitate the communities hit by Hamas' invasion and massacre in southern Israel, the Shin Bet and the IDF located a telephone belonging to one of the murdered women that was used by one of the terrorists.
Terrorist used victim's phone to call his family in Gaza and boast of how many Jews he killed during the Simchat Torah massacre.
On this telephone, a recording was found of a conversation between the terrorist and his family in the Gaza Strip, in which he proudly celebrates the massacre he committed against the Jews, claiming to have killed ten Jews on his own.
His father and mother - civilians - express their pride in him.
The recording was revealed for the first time this evening at the UN Security Council.

The right thing to do is to deport every civilian from Gaza and move them to different Muslim countries in the Arab World (not Jordan, Lebanon or Egypt). But we know that won’t happen.

Did it really take 7 hours for IDF to show up after the massacre started? If so, Why?
I knew the atrocities were the absolute worst, but reading about them earlier on Tuesday, just brought all the horrible ness back up again. They are the most depraved atrocities I have ever heard about. Going about my day today, I see little kids about, and it makes me think about the children that were slaughtered. It’s been that way since this happened. It just keeps coming into my mind. I know humanity is bad, but these things are on a level of evilness that is off the charts.
The terrorists took a pretty good size area, likely set up a fairly decent defense, and IDF had to re-take that area. From what I’ve seen IDF did not have much if any armor there early on, and the terrorists did have some anti-tank wapons. Areas closer to GAZA may not have seen any IDF for a while. :-(

I’d like to know why intelligence failed or was not acted on?
It’s extremely important moving forward. Was a confidential informant/s compromised?
