They’re holding on to the slimmest of power despite co-opting 90% of industry, institution, billionaires, wealthiest men ever.

And maybe this is going to be over sooner and not later.

This is for "X".

See? Another person who sees the connection between wealthy powerful men, big business and the liberals.

Earlier today I just watched a video about Smedley Butler. Apparently he was aware of this problem back during World War I. I was meaning to ask you if you had ever heard of him?

Of all the people I argue with about the civil war, you seem the most rational and the most evidence oriented, so I kinda wanted to get your take on what Smedley Butler thought about our too cozy relationship between business and government?

It’s possible that there was some truth in what Butler was saying, but I couldn’t say how much. It’s also possible that he was taken in by a conman who claimed to have connections with millionaires that didn’t really exist.

Most of the people who talk about the plot now conjure up some great fascist danger. I suspect it it could just have been a few cranky old men and intriguers with some goofball daydreams rather than a serious threat to the Republic.
