Who are the allies and enemies of Iran?

Enemies: Israel, Saudi Arabia, United States.
Allies: Iraq, Syria, Russia, China.

My question is who needs Iran? Is there something vital or enriching from dealing with Iran if you are China or Russia?
Or is it they hate Israel? And hate the US?

What makes them worth ending human civilization and possibly all human life after a nuclear and EMP war with bioweapons unleased?
