I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing those clothes today. Today I just wear jeans most all the time, and t-shirts. I also wear a sidearm (legally) when I go out.
Couldn’t do THAT 50 years ago. Didn’t need to.

Nixon was taken out by the same forces in the FBI that tried to stop Trump, but American’s access to information was much more restricted in 1973 than it was in 2015-6.

Sending us back to official news only is a huge project for the regime. Douglass Mackey (Ricky Vaughn) is going to prison for you.

True. I understand and agree.

I traveled for a living for many years. Carried a pistol in my car, only had to produce it one time. Did not have to use it, but without it might have been really bad.

Never cared much for hand guns, but a few years ago I bought a beautiful Uberti 38/357 mag. 5-1/2 barrel. Never shot anything with a better trigger. Not really a concealed gun, but it has incredible stopping power. I reload and have my own recipe for it.

Thing is, when you look at what Nixon actually did in Office, if he had a “D” next to his name, Democrats would have revered him.

But it’s never about the issues, is it?

Archibald Cox was a Kennedy man. Ted Kennedy made sure Robert Bork did not get confirmed for a seat on the Supreme Court. Coincidence?

Nice! Reloading is something I always wanted to do, but my living arrangements aren’t set up for it. I live with two cats, and I don’t have access to a room where
I can lock the door behind me. Cats and gunpowder are not a good combination….

1975 I still had my 1967 Mustang Fastback

With a sweet 8-track player

In 1975 I had three rides.

A 1945 Studebaker 1 ton truck with Olive drab paint, a bolt on heater and geared to pull. No radio. It was a WW2 surplus truck that had been intended for Russia but the war ended before it shipped.

A 1959 Chevy Apache 1/2 ton with a 283 V-8, manual transmission, AM radio and a factory heater. A green color. If you haven’t guessed, I grew up on a farm.

Then my pride and joy...
a 1970 Chevelle SS, 396/375 with cowl induction, turbo 400 trans with shift kit, 411 rear gears, add on AC, AM/FM/8 track stereo (SWEET!!) and low mileage. I bought it used from a motivated seller.

Remember when the 8-track tapes would start double tracking?
The remedy was a popsicle stick or matchbook inserted between player and tape at just the right position.
Oh those were the days!.
