Actually, no it can’t. The foundation upon which the constitution rests is the rights of the individual. The Quran violates those rights all over the place. Interestingly, Christianity stands behind them. Frankly, it is the foundation of the foundation.
Can Islam coexist with ANYTHING?
There are exceptions to accepting Muslims, depending on how radical they are.
How radical they are seems to depend on how many of them there are as a percentage of a given population...
