Actually I think this DOESN’T sound like a good law. It’s garbage and climate wacko insanity from the get go.
If the New Yawkers want to ban something they need to ban those huge, Democrat, banana boat mail in ballot dumpsters. Talk about eyesores. Just think of how many homeless people are heartbroken after breaking into the dumpster only to find nothing but a bunch of worthless RAT ballots. The least the RATs can do is request their voters attach a jelly donut or baloney sandwich to each ballot they toss in the dumpster.
