THe crazed muslims are hopelessly brainwashed from the time they can talk until they die. All they know is hate and to die is a good thing.
Disagree. We have always been in the region.
We've also been in Syria since 2012. Several years ago we destroyed a Russian element (I think it was a part of the Wagner Group) in Syria.
In fact, we've decreased our presence way down from where it was in the 1990s and through the Iraq and Afghani adventures. The 1990s saw the US Cole and Khobar Towers, as well as other Clinton efforts to wag the dog. And then 9/11. There was far more war in 2003 than 2023.
The world is a dangerous place. So yes, we should take care. Americans who for whatever reason find themselves in the Middle East should be extra careful. If not for no other reason that if things go South, Biden is not going to be there for them like other presidents. Even DeSantis and Congressman Cory Mills had to go help Americans out of Israel last week. Where the Blank was the State Department?
2017
WASHINGTON/HAGERSTOWN, Md. (Reuters) - President Donald Trump fired chief strategist Steve Bannon on Friday, the White House announced, ending the turbulent tenure of a rabble-rousing conservative media entrepreneur and political activist who was a darling of Trump’s base.
“White House Chief of Staff John Kelly and Steve Bannon have mutually agreed today would be Steve’s last day,” White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said in a statement. “We are grateful for his service and wish him the best.”
A source familiar with the decision, which had been under consideration for a while, said Bannon had been given an opportunity to depart on his own terms. “The president made up his mind on it over the past couple of weeks,” the source said.
Kelly had been evaluating Bannon’s role within the White House. “They gave him an opportunity to step down knowing that he was going to be forced to,” the source said.
Bannon damaged his standing by giving an interview to the liberal American Prospect this week in which he was seen to be undercutting Trump’s position on North Korea.
Bannon told associates he thought he was talking to an academic and thought he was off the record.
He had told friends he could go back to the right-wing Breitbart News outlet, which he had headed before he took over as chief of Trump’s presidential campaign in August 2016.
Quite a transformation for sure!! She shed the clown look that she had been so famous for!
If there is ever any doubt that everybody reads this thing.....
I also believe that Recovery has a great deal to do with Steve’s current zeal to promote good, for which we should all be eternally grateful for!
Will the entire region glow in the dark and be avoided for 100 years or more? Most likely, unless some entrepreneur can develop a process to reduce the length of time it takes for a nuclear disaster to become environmentally neutral.
The larger question is, can the rest of the world avoid the same result, or has the spread of irrational muslim behavior reached the tipping point?

Nump
Could be. I don’t know. All I know is that presently Steve never stops praising the President and the two seem to be on excellent terms.
YOu ask some serious questions we all want the answers.
Just saw this posted on Truth Social awhile ago.
Quelle Surprise! NOT!
Thanks, Rod. Kelly’s involvement is suspicious.
I hope not. Chances are a nuclear war would engulf the whole planet. Those countries that have them will be faced with one hellish choice: Use them now or see them go up in an enemy attack that takes only 15-30 minutes, depending on distance. An ICBM launched from Iran into Israel needs to cover less distance, than say, North Korea to the USA or the USA to Russia. Pakistan to India and back the other way—what, 10 minutes?
Don’t forget Britain and France have active nukes in subs and aircraft and the Chinese are growing their arsenals quickly.
I used to think we dodged this bullet (after the Soviet Union fell). Two decades later, we’re back in the bullseye (and by this, I mean the world). Is Russian radiation any different from American? Israeli from Iranian, etc., etc.?
Kelly could easily be the enemy from within would not surprise me,my bet is Steve Bannon would know the real Kelly and he would be a good person to ask.
I totally agree about Kelly.
