I thought all the Jews moved to Southfield in the ‘60s. The Jewish neighborhoods migrated northwest along the Lodge. They were among the easiest for “block busting” realtors to work. One house flipped to a black family and they were ready to go. Not like the Polish and Italian neighborhoods.
Farmington Hills was an unincorporated village before that, and away from the hustle and “madness of those for innovations.”
