I have a feeling the pregnancy hormones are making her feel good and that is why she says she “feels happy”.
If she had the baby her mother would have to raise it as if it were her child, we all know this. I’d hope the grandmother would be willing too
The grandmother was too stupid to keep her own child off the internet and keep her from going out unsupervised and getting raped. I doubt she would do any better with another child. The judge could have ordered medical supervision, followed by termination of parental rights, and ordering the child to be put up for adoption through an agency—again, supervised by the court.
