I say about those boys? Take them to the field and horse whip them! Real old fashion like. Live stream it and say “You rape a girl and this will happen to you”.
Maybe that will deter other boys from doing it but I doubt it.
It works with caning in Singapore. I envy their swift and emphatic justice sometimes. Cheap, effective deterrent and memorable to repeat offenders.
