Liability insurance is really cheap - a few hundred bucks a year - get that so if someone falls on your property or some such thing - you don’t get sued for everything you have.

“Liability insurance is really cheap.” They call those policies “balloons”. I have $2mm in coverage for $42.33 a month. One million is about $33 a month, IIRC. And you don’t have to be worth a million to get sued for $2mm.
