If Issue 1 passes, DeWine just needs to do what every Demonrat Governor has done when Conservative measures pass, get a judge to throw out the results. Fair is fair.

The problem is that this will be an actual constitutional amendment. I’d imagine it’s hard to rule a constitutional amendment unconstitutional.

Perhaps what he COULD do is approach it like opponents approach the 2nd Amendment. He could regulate it, tax it, and require so many permits and licenses that it becomes untenable to operate.
