He was offered $1000 from his girlfriend to use his debit card. He was never paid for it but ended up paying 7K to the bank for restitution. So much for the felony charge.
That was over 20 years ago and the Marijuana charge he was still a teen.
If we want to know the character of a person, we should look at how he turned his life around.

Thank you for the information. I couldn’t find much but assumed that the banks didn’t have a problem with the bank fraud attempt charge since they hired him. Some girlfriend. He certainly wasn’t very bright about her at the time.
