So, where did Joe get the $200k and when did he lend it to his brother?
It’s a clue with the potential for a whole lot more.
And the MSM will continue to insist that there is no direct evidence because the memo line didn't say "Laundered Kickback Payment."

After 50 years in ‘Public Service’ Joe had many sources for that kind of money and more. All of our ‘Public Servants’ do. Mostly paybacks for past & future services.
Joe made better use of these sources than most.

All Brandon needs to say is he lent his brother 200K, and when he (the brother) got the 200K payment, he used it to pay Brandon back - and the media will run with it.

OK, it’s reasonable to assume that he had a pension, savings, a fairly decent income as Veep, speaking engagements, a couple of homes that appreciated in value etc. Still, when was the loan made to his brother? Did Joe declare this loan on his taxes, and the interest income that the IRS requires you to declare even if no interest payments were received?
Agree. Keep digging. But it’s not enough to run to a microphone and say Eureka.
The question is why would Joe’s brother be receiving a payment from Americore on the same day?

I do not recall ever seeing a check that DID NOT have the name of the bank on it.

Well, that’s more than enough wiggle room for a democrat. This will go precisely nowhere.
Those same bank records should show the balance of James Biden’s account before the deposit, after the deposit, and after the check.
Why didn’t Comer just tell us that? That would show pretty conclusive proof that Joe was in on the take. If James had a balance over $200,000, prior to receiving the check, it lends proof to their story that he was repaying loan to Lunch bucket Joe?
Did Joe declare on his 2017 or 2018 the loan and the repayment?
I thought all that was needed was routing and account number.
We order our checks from Sam's Club, and I don't think they have the credit union name on them, just the appropriate account number and routing information that is blanked out on that check image.
I don't write our checks, but I think ours has the American Flag on them.
