So the gag order doesn't apply just to Trump, a person, and perhaps his attorneys

A gag order only applies to those individuals and entities that the judge has jurisdiction over. However, when subject to a gag order, you can't use proxies/surrogates to get around the order.

This sounds like a computer glitch, someone didn't change the software that copies his post from Truth Social to his campaign website. If deliberate at Trump's direction I can see where that would be a problem.

What about posts on either site by an individual, even a campaign employee, done not at the direction of Trump. Simply expressing an opinion. I understand an opinion from an employee of the law firms would be a problem, but a campaign worker?

Put another way, I assume an opinion expressed by myself would be OK. If at some point I become a volunteer or paid worker (not happening) would the gag order apply to me. That seems like a stretch. Just asking, I understand that’s not happening here, it was Trump’s comment.
