> The government has unlimited funds to cover court costs. 99.99% of citizens being harassed by Democrat prosecutors to not.

Chesebro is a lawyer himself. If he had a spine, he’d continue to resist cooperating. There’s more at stake than just his case. I understand him wanting to save his own skin no matter the cost to our Republic, but to me he’s another AWOL deserter. IMHO.

Chesebro is a lawyer himself.

Because of that, he probably saw the light. And Powell’s agreement was in large part a game changer for him.

“He who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client.”

From @shipwreckedcrew who is a former DOJ prosecutor and now a lawyer for a number of J6 defendants:

I said yesterday if Chesebro gets a deal similar to Powell's that is a White Flag by Willis.

She's not ready to have her case tested by cross-exam and defense witnesses.

It is the Prosecution that is running from a trial, not the defendants.

Multiple felonies down to misdemeanors that are recorded in disappearing ink -- they go away completely if no violation of probation.

A complete fraud of a prosecution.

As Andy McCarthy pointed out in a column, just because you write "unlawful" in front of every action you claim the defendants took when you are drafting your indictment doesn't make that so.

Well, I agree with your point but that’s easy to say from where you’re sitting. .

It’s going to be interesting what the details of his agreement are.

A felony conviction would mean that he should probably get disbarred. No job for him anymore.

If that doesn’t happen or Willis Is protecting him from that, then something really stinks.

This is different than Powell’s.

As for those that want to run their mouths about the Kraken…read up on Eastman’s disbarment trail in California. He is 100% dropping evidence of crimes about the election. The prosecutor is objecting to all of it and the judge is sustaining all of them.
