I would never admire a fascist bee-atch. But I am not like you. So, do you have TDS?

There is a coorelation between the TDSers, Meatball lovers and those lamenting this speaker fight and will accept a RINO for speaker. They seem like the same posters.

What do you think is going to happen here? Do you really, really thing we are going to wind up with a more conservative leadership because of his actions?

Aside from the arshat piece, No, we may not end up with Mr. Jimmy the Wrestler as speaker.

BUT keeping the Fed. G'ment shut down is a MAJOR Plus as I see it.

If the primary turnout is as limited as in the past, we do deserve to go the way Rome went. Who knows who the new Visigoth will be - they may be crossing the Texas border right now

I don’t know what the big deal is, Democrats are going to win the House back next year. The Republicans haven’t done squat this year, barely putting up a fight.

As The Who sang, “Won’t Get Fooled Again.”

What the hell is wrong with these people? And so many from Florida, what’s up with that?

Change is hard.

There are two way to respond to it. Once can be actively working for the better, deny the change is needed until it is too late or be angry that they are being forced to change.

When someone points out that the organization is a on a suicidal path of destruction, the rational response is to figure out how to get off the path.

The irrational response is deny the need for change or want to shoot the messenger who made you realize it,

Because unlike Democrats who would kick someone with that score on a liberal scale out.

Republicans have a big tent.

(That needs to get smaller)

No speaker needed??? Are ye daft? Biden is circling the drain, Lord knows what the plans are to prevent Harris from taking the pResidency and, lacking a Speaker of the House, hello President Patty Murray.

Right, no speaker needed /s

When did I ever say change was not needed?

What I have stated is, how does anyone think this is going to result in a positive change?

Fighting for positive change is one thing, creating negative change is just stupid.

This entire episode is JUST FLAT OUT STUPID!

Clown show at its finest.

Fighting for positive change is one thing, creating negative change is just stupid.

And yet, no one here or anywhere has defined what a positive change is - OR more to the point how do we START.

Gaetz didn’t do anything but keep his word. McCarthy did this to himself. He only has himself to blame for breaking his sworn promises.

Totally agree. Even my liberal Trump-is-the-devil sister agrees with this.
