What is “Official Misconduct”? It is a crime. It falls under Title XLVI in Chapter 838 which covers BRIBERY; MISUSE OF PUBLIC OFFICE in the Florida Statutes.
As part of the ongoing efforts to clean up the rampant corruption in Florida elections and hold those responsible for the theft of our elections accountable, we have been doing massive public records requests. These efforts led to significant impact in Florida, Maryland, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona election integrity efforts in exposing the depth of the voting machine use in widespread election fraud.
The latest development was recently in Miami-Dade county long known as a haven for rampant election and voter fraud. We had requested data regarding the conducting of elections, and the required filing of election data with the state of Florida.
Over the past few years, we have been peeling back the layers of election fraud being conducted within the Supervisor of Elections Offices across the State of Florida, supervised by Maria Matthews and Cord Byrd.
We brought massive irrefutable proof to Byrd, DeSantis, Moody and the farcical “Elections Crime Unit” that Ron DeSantis used to round up disenfranchised felons who were misled into thinking that they could vote in elections. In the press conference hailed as Ron DeSantis doing great things, he claimed that he ordered all of the election documents from the 2020 fraud filled election to be preserved. Only, to secretly have the “evidence” aka “PUBLIC RECORDS” destroyed and altered in order to conceal the “ELECTION FRAUD” and numerous felonies being committed by elected officials and public servants across Florida.
During the 2020 November election President Donald J Trump won Florida. However, in many of the counties across the state he did not win. These included Pinellas, Miami-Dade, Broward, Orange, Hillsborough, etc.
When the onion was peeled we discovered the “BLANK BALLOTS” being cast in such high volume that they could change the outcomes of elections. When we brought this to the attention of the supervisors of election in Lee and Hillsborough Counties, word spread to a select group of counties, whose long term trend of “BLANK BALLOTS” being cast suddenly and miraculously stopped.
Many prayers were answered, and Ron DeSantis actually won the election in Miami-Dade unlike President Donald J Trump in the 2020. What was the difference between the 2020 and 2022 elections? “BLANK BALLOTS”

Maybe, we should look at what was submitted to the Florida Division of Elections as part of the mandatory requirements for Miami-Dade Supervisor of Elections via the DS-DE 40 forms?
HEY… THE ES&S EL45A Report above does Not have any Provisional ballots listed. But the DS-DE 40 Form shows that some were cast. There were also 3,649 “DUPLICATED BALLOTS” cast.
HEY…WHERE ARE THE “BLANK BALLOTS” ?
The section #5 field has no entry for “BLANK BALLOTS”… There are also Provisional ballots listed that are not reflected in the EL45A report above. Why?
Does this mean that there were ZERO “BLANK BALLOTS” in 2018? Let’s look at what the EL45A from 2018 shows…

All of this image dump is quite unnecessary. I most jurisdictions, blank ballots include those marked with ineligible write ins, IE. Mickey Mouse.
I was going to ask what is a blank ballot and how does it affect an election. Comparing a presidential election year to a non-presidential election year seems odd as well.
I’d like a better definition of what is being called a blank ballot. Is it where the entire ballot is blank or in a race by race analysis, the voter did not choose anyone but there are other choices in other races on that ballot.
I will sometimes leave a race with no choice, usually in a judicial race when I have no idea of who are the candidates. would my ballot be counted as a blank ballot under these circumstances?
And in a major race, such as for President, would a blank ballot be a Monty Brewster “none of the above” vote? I could see a few people voting strictly for local races and could not give a hoot about state or national. But certainly not as many as the counts show.
BTW, Broward and Miami-Dade counties are really South New York.
Are these people actually using what looks like a computer generated report with a heading called “blank” as evidence that there actually are blank ballots? Are they that computer stupid?
