A number of FReepers were warning the (unfortunately a) majority of fellow FReepers that the whole Lin Wood/Sidney Powell talk was hot air. Now at least all FReepers can see the truth.

Oh, and they are worse than ‘actors.’ They shifted attention from REAL ISSUES to side shows, and wasted a lot of valuable time and resources. The sad thing is that so many FReepers were dumb enough to believe their nonsense.

I guess that’s why many here also believed servers in Venezuela, shootouts in Germany between Delta Force and the CIA, and all sorts of other nonsense.

Now some are even questioning if Sidney Powell pleaded guilty - so willing to keep believing a charlatan, even now.

I hope President Trump wins the election, and that when he does he clearly watches who he has around him. Too many of his staff stabbed him in the back.

I consider myself to be a BIG skeptic and able to filter out the lies and propaganda that are presented to us every day. I was fooled by these clowns (Lin Wood/Sidney Powell), though. Actually, they both had made significant accomplishments in their not-too-distant past (Wood-Richard Jewel, Powell-Flynn). Maybe I was fooled because I so much believed the underlying story that the election was fabricated and stolen - which I still believe to this day.

In any event, this just sharpens my skeptic brain cells.

Trump is clearly not the perfect man (or woman) to run this country. He's proven that. Further, it remains to be seen if he'll be on the ticket next November. But he's the best we got at the moment.

Trump is a promoter and is usually promoting himself. One of his major management flaws, at least in government, was hiring the wrong people for critical positions (Barr, Sessions, Haley, Pompeo, Bolton, etc.). I'm not sure that might not still be a flaw.

Clearly, the best in my lifetime was Ronald Reagan! He missed a few putts but not many, and he was an excellent communicator. He made us all feel good about our country and ourselves. That's over now -- at least in part.
