From reading a bit on the Bicillin shot (the one in short supply), it’s probably better to go insane with Syphilis than to have that huge needle in your but cheek shooting some mean crap into you.
What’s a ‘huge’ needle in the butt cheek, shooting in penicillin, to a someone wanting something bigger, shooting something worse, *between* his butt cheeks?
