I used to have a client from Communist China who swam to Taiwan to escape. It took him two tries. On the first one, he got lost and ended up swimming in circles, and they picked him up and put him in jail. On the second, he learned to navigate by the stars, and made it. He became a patriotic American citizen.
Being from Communist China often has the effect of making one very anti-communist. Maybe she was speaking the truth about his hog farm, and his only response was an ad hominem about her country of birth. Cheap shot, cheap evasion.

THAT is the impression I got.I figured it was another Dem Gov. who didn’t want to hear any criticism, so he tries to invalidate anything she might say by sticking an ugly label on her. When it comes to Communism and/or Socialism, it often takes a former Commie to know a wannabe Commie.
Just think what this nation could be working on and accomplishing today if we weren’t held back by the constant focus on race and hurt feelings and if we weren’t spending all our time and money on the national religion - created by drunkard Ted Kennedy - of diversity and multiculturalism, and hatred of our ancestors.
It’s like a wierd strange cult that took over our nation. Sort of like Scientology. Created by a totally evil wierdo ... Ted Kennedy - just like scientology. And any deviance from the religion of diversity is a heresy punishable by the state despite 1A.
1950s America was peak America, but the wierdo diversity cult destroyed it. And so here we are as a nation. Constantly bickering over race and reparations and set asides for certain groups and somebody got their feeligns hurt and HR training and reverse discrimination and media games of “gotcha” for saying something 20 years ago that wasn’t woke.... congrats, welcome to clown world. Having family still in China makes one very cooperative with the PRC.
