Why not just take all the people in Gaza and move them to the West Bank? Aren’t they basically the exact same group, just split in half by Israel?

There's a reason why none of the Arab states wanted Syrian refugees... Why they don't want Palestinian refugees and why they don't take refugees at all... They HATE everyone!
