On Monday afternoon, Navy veteran and agriculture business owner Trent Leisy announced his candidacy for Colorado’s Fourth Congressional District against Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO) amid Buck’s refusal to vote for House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) for speaker of the House.
Leisy, a self-described “die-hard supporter” of President Donald Trump, announced his candidacy in a post on X (formerly Twitter) and has garnered over 250,000 views.
