The only industry that makes any money in NM is oil and gas, centered in 3-4 counties by Texas.

NM is also a large state with a whole lot of nothing between the populated areas. The grid is also terrible.

But they are light, don’t do well in wrecks, and have limited range, especially when pushed hard.

So you head out into the country and maintain high speed, and they’ll drop.
