Gag orders happen every day. They usually occur when the defendant can’t keep their mouth shut; they intimidate juries and witnesses.
No one is saying he can’t run for President. No one is saying he cannot give speeches. It’s not unconstitutional. It happens somewhere in this country almost every day that court is in session.
Relax Donald. Campaign all you want.
You can say that all you want.. but the law gives him no protection from the Garland Goon Squad Stasi from arresting him. They don’t follow laws, and neither do their lap dog judges.
I hope they do because it will wake more people up to just what these domestic enemies are doing. This is absolutely outrageous, I don’t care if someone is a Trump supporter or not, if someone can’t see what is going on here they need their head examined. This IS tyranny 100%.

He had to remain silent while the newspapers published hit pieces on him daily from leaks by RINOs in the House. There should be an investigation into the leaks, but I won't hold my breath. And when Paxton's friends tried to publish an editorial with WSJ to dispute the hit pieces, they were told 'no.'
At least Trump has the name recognition to draw large crowds, and when he does, he needs to have other people come up to the mic and comment about what he is not allowed to say.

Bullshit. THIS voodoo judge is allowing the prosecutor to make all the speeches HE wants to — by definition targeting prospective jurors. And the mere fact that she very pointedly and publicly referred to Trump’s campaign means she is making “speech targeting” the defendant.

The problem is that he’s campaigning about the deep state and the officials he’s speaking about are the ones in conspiracy against him.
Didn’t an ANTIFA lawyer threaten a jury in Portland recently, in the Andy Ngo case. I don’t recall anything happening.

Perhaps this sort of gag order may be needed in the case of a jury trial such that the jury would not be tainted by these comments but such is not the case in this trial where there is no sitting jury. Seems to me the judge is making this decision so her feelings don’t get hurt. I see no legal basis for limiting Trump’s speech that would impact the outcome of the trial if it’s a fair one.
In the meantime, every “story” run in the eneMedia regarding the trials is a leak from the prosecution. This is an unlawful act this racist judge condones.
