Exactly my thoughts as well. DeSantis is an outstanding governor. I wish he had just stayed working as governor, supported Trump’s policies, even if not Trump himself as a person, and waited in the background in case something happened to Trump before 2024 election. Instead, I believe DeSantis has exposed himself as a poor national campaigner and beholden to deep state.
How is he beholden to the deep state?
Precisely he could have held back and if the rats used lawfare to take Trump off the board he would have been a lock for a revenge candidate and almost unstoppable. Ron’s campaign has been a case study in what not to do to win a primary.
